Privacy policy

What this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read rather than to be technically unassailable.

Scope

This policy covers the LivingTech website and the information you submit through it. It does not cover platforms we operate for clients, which are governed by the agreements we hold with those clients.

Last reviewed: October 2026. We will update this page when our practices change, and will revise the date above when that happens.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form submissions , the name, company, email address, optional phone number, industry, project type and message you provide.
  • Server logs , standard technical records such as IP address, requested URL, browser type and timestamp, retained for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • Cookies , this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie required for the site to function is limited to maintaining your session state.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data and there is no field on our forms for you to provide it.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started.
  • To keep the site secure and to diagnose faults.
  • To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not use enquiry data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where the GDPR or equivalent applies, we rely on your consent for optional communications, on the steps taken at your request to respond to an enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

How long we keep it

Enquiry submissions are retained only for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then deleted. We do not keep enquiry data indefinitely because it is convenient to do so.

Processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website, including hosting and, where you contact us by email, email delivery. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Security

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over TLS. Access within LivingTech is limited to people who need it for the stated purpose. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather state that plainly than imply otherwise.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email hello@livingtech.in. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are unhappy with our handling, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated and any non-essential cookie will require consent before it is set.

Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected in the review date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change does not constitute acceptance of anything other than the policy as it then stood.
